Daley announces for state rep seat
May 7th, 2007ARCADIA TWP. — Arcadia Twp. Supervisor Kevin Daley (R) has formally announced his candidacy for the 82nd District State House seat in the 2008 election.
Daley, 50, a Republican and lifelong resident of the county, lives on the 125-year-old family farm and has served as Arcadia Twp. supervisor for 12 years. He has been involved in township government since 1983.
Daley is a 1975 Lapeer High grad and also is a licensed builder. He serves as chairman of the Lapeer County EMS board, and is a member of the Lapeer County Agriculture Preservation Board, is a 4-H Dairy Superintendent and a former Farm Bureau Board Member.
He and his wife Debbie have three children.
Daley’s campaign committee is chaired by Robert Rowden Jr. Dana M. Miller serves as treasurer, and Art Sieting is assistant treasurer.
